Refund policy
REFUNDS, RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY
Products must be returned unused, unopened with their seal intact and in the same condition as they were originally purchased from All Seasons Landscaping PTY LTD operating as All seasons garden solutions . We will not accept exchange or refund any item which has been used or is not in the exact condition in which it was purchased from us. We do not accept returns after 30 days of purchase. Proof of purchase for your item is required always. This does not affect your statutory rights.
If the item is unused and in its original condition, we will refund the item purchased amount minus the shipping costs for the return.
Items marked down on sale, discontinued or on clearance cannot be returned for an exchange or refund.
We recommend that all returns are posted with tracking details and insurance, we are not liable for any lost consignments and the return, exchange or replacement cannot be honoured if we do not receive the returned item.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at allseasonsmelbourne@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
